Meetings — Not everyone comes into them prepared or excited, but with the right preparation, this could be the breaking line for your team’s success. All it takes is a little elbow grease, preparation, and a “can-do” attitude. By setting the standard with your team and providing valuable feedback, you can open a channel for them to communicate back and improve their workflow. By meeting with your agents, you can foster a culture of success — and we’ll show you how to do it in today’s video.

Keeping your agents accountable can be a challenge. This video is about one thing that can help you with that. Make sure you are meeting with your team regularly. Now, I know some of you are thinking, “but that’s like herding cats!” But let me tell you, more is more when it comes to team huddles and meetings.

Getting together at least once a week to go over processes, goals and the team’s numbers is so crucial. Try taking a stab at a daily huddle! Also, one-on-ones are important. Sitting down with your agents one at a time will allow you to delve more deeply into their productivity and show them that you’re there to lead and support them on their path to success.

Keep in mind with both meetings and one-on-ones, that you are setting a standard for your agents. Come prepared to these meetings with questions and conversation starters. Try an ice breaking exercise one day! Create a culture of knowledge sharing among your team and urge your agents to not be afraid to ask that important question that might help them close more deals.

By pulling your team together more often than not, you’re ensuring that no one feels like they’re left out on a deserted island.
