Getting them the appropriate amount of leads, directing them in contact methods, and making sure they know how to use the system is critical to success. Bringing on a new Agent to your team is exciting! Boomtown is a very robust system so it’s best to make sure they hit the ground running. Training is key. Our training team holds regular webinars to take the stress of training off of you. They cover everything from the fundamentals of the BoomTown CRM to helping them become a power user. Also, you’ll want to be sure that each agent updates their profile with their bio and a glamour shot so your site is up to date.
In addition to learning the Boomtown ways, you will also want to make sure your new team members understand your team’s process. To ensure you and your agents are on the same page it is best to have them sign an accountability agreement. Your Success Manager can provide you with some great process documents to guide your agents through their daily use of the system.
