There are a lot of great coaches out there, but make sure you choose one that best fits your business needs. Don’t forget to check out our client communities for recommendations from our clients.
Third: Your Team!
Tell your team your goals and expectations, since they are the driving force behind you hitting them. They can help hold you accountable and keep you on the right track. You tell your agents to track their goals, and you should follow suit.
